Interested to see how the every day runs go - I find having some rest days helps me build up endurance. You are accomplishing a lot - you definitely inspire me!Jane Tinkhamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00601141359918752955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8186720266090894561.post-19081085822880163882010-02-16T09:35:26.315-06:002010-02-16T09:35:26.315-06:00Hi! Yes, I know that I am loved by people. : ) Sometimes it might seem like I don't because I have issues maybe because of the fact my father has never been present in my life. Even though I know the Lord is my Father it still hurts to know someone didn't love you enough to stay. God bless you!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8186720266090894561.post-55318723292636312932010-02-16T07:56:13.828-06:002010-02-16T07:56:13.828-06:00I remember the days of running 6 miles or more a d...I remember the days of running 6 miles or more a day. But after time in the USMC, law enforcement, running, life as a salesman on the asphalt, I wore out the knees. Your post was very funny, laughing with you not at you! Also, I learned somewhere that after a long run, soaking for 20 minutes in an ice bath (fill the tub with cold water and ice) really, really helps your muscles. It sounds like torture, but it's REALLY good for you, and you get used to it! ;)Anything Fits A Naked Manhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07579409446582399318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8186720266090894561.post-11561450078231950042010-02-16T07:38:41.193-06:002010-02-16T07:38:41.193-06:00I've tried off and on again to be a runner. Still, with two little ones who don't sleep well, I have a hard time getting up in the morning to run (and when I did, I often felt more tired the rest of the day than when I didn't). I haven't given up on it yet though...maybe reading your words will inspire me again!

Thank you for stopping by my blog!
